ra666 Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — ra666's website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on or is using the ra666 platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal ra666 account.
• "Bet" — any wager placed through the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer or reward provided by ra666.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the ra666 platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• The user must be legally permitted to use online betting services under the laws of Bangladesh.
• ra666 reserves the right to initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following rules apply in this regard:

• It is each user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Account login details must not be shared with any third party.
• If any unauthorized access to the account is suspected, ra666's support team must be notified immediately.
• Every action taken from a user's account will be considered as the user's own.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be followed for financial transactions on the ra666 platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to the use of ra666's bonuses and promotional offers:

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
• Bonus funds may only be used for betting or gaming on the platform.
• Each promotional offer has its own validity period and terms. If the requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings from one bonus offer cannot be combined with another bonus offer unless specifically stated.
• ra666 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of suspected bonus abuse.
• Moving from one tier to another in the VIP program requires sufficient activity within a specified period.

6 VIP Program Terms and Conditions

ra666's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback benefits are added to the account once per week. ra666 reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time, and users will be notified in advance.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on the ra666 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If there is any dispute regarding the outcome of an event or game, ra666's decision will be considered final.
• If a bet is affected by a technical issue, ra666 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the staked amount.
• Betting is available on various sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football and kabaddi.
• Betting odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• A bet will not be accepted if the user does not have sufficient balance in their account.

8 Casino and Slots Gaming

The following rules apply when using ra666's casino and slots section:

• All casino games are operated through third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc.).
• Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely unbiased and verifiable.
• ra666 is not responsible for any issues with a game provider's servers or network.
• Live casino games are played with real dealers, and the game provider's own rules will also apply in such cases.
• If a technical error in a game causes an abnormal outcome, ra666 reserves the right to cancel that round.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Using software bots or automated systems to bet or game.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupting the platform's operations or attempting to hack it.
• Assisting minors (under 21 years of age) in opening or using an account.

10 Data Protection and Privacy

ra666 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal data:

• User data is not sold to any third party.

11 Limitation of Liability

ra666 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If loss occurs as a result of the user sharing their own login details with another person.
• If the service is unavailable due to an unexpected natural disaster or force majeure.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Dispute Resolution

• The support team will endeavour to provide an initial response within 72 hours of receiving the complaint.
• If the matter is not resolved through the support team, it will be referred to ra666's dispute resolution committee.
• The decision of ra666's committee will be considered final.

15 Account Closure and Termination

ra666 may close an account in the following situations:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the user does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) — a notice will be sent beforehand.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. In that case, the verified balance will be returned.

16 Applicable Law

Information regarding the applicable law and jurisdiction of these terms:

• These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the legal framework governing ra666's operations.
• Users in Bangladesh are required to comply with the applicable digital commerce laws of Bangladesh.
• The Bengali version of these terms is the official version.
• If any part of these terms is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
